These Terms govern your access to and use of Be My Trainer. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Use of Be My Trainer

Be My Trainer provides general fitness planning, workout logging, and adaptive coaching guidance. You are responsible for deciding whether a workout, exercise, or suggestion is appropriate for you.

Age Requirement

Be My Trainer is currently intended for adults aged 18 or older. By creating and using an account, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

Your Account

You are responsible for providing accurate account information, protecting your sign-in credentials, and activity performed through your account. Notify us through the in-app feedback channel if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

No Medical Advice

Be My Trainer is not a doctor, physical therapist, dietitian, or medical provider. The app does not diagnose, treat, cure, prevent, or manage any disease, injury, or medical condition. If you have a medical condition, injury, pain, dizziness, unusual discomfort, or rehab need, consult a qualified professional before using the app.

Assumption of Risk

Exercise involves risk of injury. By using Be My Trainer, you acknowledge that you voluntarily participate in physical activity and accept the risks associated with training. Stop any exercise that causes pain, dizziness, shortness of breath beyond normal exertion, or unusual discomfort.

Your Responsibility

You are responsible for selecting exercises, resistance, equipment, training space, and technique that are appropriate for you. The app does not observe your form or physical condition. Use conservative loads, inspect equipment, maintain a safe environment, and seek qualified supervision when needed.

AI-Generated Guidance

Some plans and coaching messages may be generated or assisted by AI. AI output may be incomplete, inaccurate, or inappropriate for your circumstances. You should review all recommendations carefully and use your own judgment.

No Guaranteed Results

Training outcomes vary. We do not guarantee fitness, strength, muscle gain, weight change, injury prevention, availability of any feature, or any particular result from using the service.

User Information

You agree to provide accurate information about your goals, training schedule, equipment, and limitations. Be My Trainer depends on your inputs and workout logs to generate useful suggestions.

Acceptable Use

Do not misuse the app, attempt to disrupt the service, reverse engineer protected parts of the service, or use Be My Trainer to provide professional medical or training services to others without appropriate qualifications.

Your Content

You retain ownership of information and notes you submit. You give Be My Trainer a limited permission to store, process, and transmit that content only as needed to operate, secure, maintain, and improve the service. Do not submit content you do not have the right to use.

Service Providers and Third-Party Services

The service relies on third parties for authentication, hosting, analytics, database storage, and AI processing. Their services may be interrupted or changed, and their own terms and privacy practices may apply when you use features such as Google sign-in.

Suspension and Termination

You may stop using the service at any time and delete your account from Profile. We may restrict or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect users or the service, address unlawful or abusive conduct, or comply with legal obligations.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Be My Trainer is provided as-is without warranties of any kind. Be My Trainer and its operators are not liable for injuries, losses, damages, or decisions resulting from use of the app or reliance on its guidance.

Applicable Consumer Rights

Some laws do not allow certain warranty exclusions or liability limitations. In those places, these provisions apply only to the maximum extent permitted, and your mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Questions and Disputes

Please contact us first through the in-app feedback channel so we can try to resolve a concern. These Terms do not prevent either party from exercising rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be waived.

Changes

These Terms may be updated as the product evolves. We will update the effective date and, when appropriate, provide additional notice. Continued use after an update takes effect means you accept the revised Terms.
