Be My Trainer
Safety Guidance
Effective date: June 15, 2026
General Fitness Guidance Only
Be My Trainer is designed for general fitness planning and workout tracking. It is not a substitute for medical care, physical therapy, professional coaching, or emergency advice.
When to Stop
Stop exercising immediately if you feel chest pain, dizziness, faintness, sharp pain, numbness, unusual shortness of breath, or any symptom that feels unsafe.
Pain or Injury
If you are injured, recovering from surgery, in rehab, pregnant, managing a medical condition, or unsure whether exercise is safe for you, consult a qualified professional before following any workout suggestion.
Use Conservative Progression
Increase weight, sets, or intensity gradually. If form breaks down, effort is too high, or recovery is poor, repeat or reduce the workout instead of pushing harder.
AI and Safety
AI-generated recommendations can be wrong or incomplete. Be My Trainer uses guardrails, but you should treat every suggestion as something to review, not an instruction you must follow.
Emergency Situations
Be My Trainer is not for emergencies. If you believe you may be experiencing a medical emergency, contact local emergency services immediately.
